Despite my attempts to keep things simple due to a tight budget, they surprised me by including my favorite cheese enchiladas with green sauce in our order. Johana's sweet excuse that Carlos didn't want the food to go to waste only added to the warmth of the gesture. But that was just the beginning! When my son noticed his tacos weren't crispy, Johana insisted on making him a new batch, refusing to take the original plate back. And then, the pièce de résistance - a surprise birthday cake for my mom, complete with a chorus of happy birthday wishes from the entire restaurant! Los Jarritos is our go to Mexican joint for lunch. We went to get some breakfast another spot it was closed so came for breakfast instead. The breakfast burritos were delicious and very reasonably priced! Don't expect gourmet coffee, it comes out of a coffee pot, but on the other hand the salsa is amazing and the burrito was super tasty!
